Any young girl that's flirting with you is more than likely not actually attracted to you.
It has nothing to with love or wanting to sleep with you or anything other than "we can, so we do".
If a woman is ACTUALLY attracted to you...
She'll let you know.

How will she let me know? I don't think any woman would just come and tell me she is attracted to me. And if she does not say it to me in words, how am I supposed to know if she is really attracted to me or is just playing with me? Do I have to just infer it from her non-verbal behaviour?

I think it's more than "we can, so we do". It may be that they see that I am unable to express my attraction to them and am inhibited, so they try to get what they see as their right - their right to know and enjoy it when they are admired and liked. Maybe it's a way of seeking attention where there is the potential for it. Am I right?

Er... it doesn't matter if she likes you or not. If shes underage you'll still be breaking the law. You might not like the law, but that's the way it is, and even if a minor wanted you to do things, by law they can't give consent.

Which makes it rape by law.
Which gets you sent to prison.
And I already laid out about how great things are in prison when they children have been involved.
