where to get help?????

I rarely visit this forum, (in fact I haven't been here in well over a month I think). The NHS is not completely crap. I also struggle with a paraphilia and have been seeing a specialised psychotherapist at the Portman Clinic, which is NHS and part of the Tavistock and Portman Clinics. It took me many months to finally be able to get a referral to the clinic. However, if you live in London, your GP can refer you directly.
I have been going there for several months and while FAR from being close to finishing therapy, my outlook is more positive and as my therapist is a specialist in psychosexual problems, he is pretty much unfazed by what I have to say, which is great as it creates an environment where you can reveal how you feel. I have 3 sessions a week on the NHS. I can complain, but not about my therapy.
