That has to be a wind up or satire as stated.
1. The authorities would not allow the sale of such things.
2. The authorities would not give grants for such a thing.
3. How many people would buy them considering you would likely have to buy them on-line and use payment details that could be traced back to you.
It just would not work, also for anyone having those feelings using a child sex doll would likely just further increase their risk for desiring the actual real thing.

There are apparently more realistic ones available from china or somewhere so I am told.
I consider such things and CGI cp a treatment option which should be taken seriously; it is not immoral to shag a bit of plastic.

It looks like It is satire for sure. The dolls don't look very attractive to me and plus not even close to the real human child so I am not sure if that would really work for some Pedophiles but good idea either way.
