Ya, that's kinda what I meant went I typed.
After reading all the posts in-between mine, now I understand what sublimation means. And I also agree with you, YouthRightsRadical; masking, hiding and/or denying your wants could end up in a dangerous mindset. But reducing the libido, thought switching & using other distractions reduces ones chance of (re)offending. And (re)offending is the key.
Gosh I hope I explained myself correctly and didn't make a bigger mess for myself...

You did. I just find the influx of alot of bad advice you see, however well meaning, a tad bit disturbing. Even for pedophiles who have never ever offended, if they take that advice, or pretend to themselves they're not actually pedophiles (as another extreme) it can lead to worse problems.

I just keep myself busy doing other things that have nothing to do with sex or pedo. I'm really getting into making extra money by selling stuff online (ebay, listia, etc...).
