Survey - early environment and paedophilia

Postby cop this » Mon Sep 21, 2015 1:17 pm

Since there have been quite a few comments relating to the early years of child development whilst discussing topics or answering surveys, I hope some will be kind enough to answer this survey. Perhaps there is something to be learnt from the early experiences of others. If there are sufficient replies, I would also appreciate any discussion or speculation concerning such answers too. So, the questions, and don't feel obliged to answer them all, but I would think the more information obtained, the better some possible explanations, if any, might emerge:

Male/female

Early environment as a child
If male, any older or younger siblings, or sisters
Strict (perhaps religious) or lax (non-controlling) general family environment
Relationships with parents - fairly normal or perhaps problematic
Acceptance or resentment felt from parents
Sexual attitudes of parents - relaxed or not discussed, etc.
Active physically (perhaps in a group) or relatively passive
Impulse control (good/bad)

Friendships
One or two, or many before puberty
Any more younger friends than might be normal perhaps
Any bullying other than the 'normal' amount expected

Attractions
Male or female preference - rough ages to which one might be attracted
Age when the attraction was noted - nearest decade will probably do
Major attraction - sexual or other
Quite a loose attraction or something more addictive in nature

Sexual experiences
Just an interest, and age when this was noticed, or
Some sexual experiences, and age(s) when these occurred
Any experiences that might be regarded as abused by others - age difference etc.
Any sexual experiences with the same gender

Other 'issues'
Any specific anger issues
Any problems with empathy or emotions
Any personality issues or other issues that might cause problems
Any particular trauma experienced before puberty

Anything else considered relevant, e.g.
Family members involvement in paedophilia or anything related

Don't be shy. :D

Sexual experiences: lots of casual sex of all ages but never had any relationship
Any experiences that might be regarded as abused by others: I had sex at 17 with a 28 years old man I had met online (I said I was 18) but it's not really illegal where I live so idk
Any sexual experiences with the same gender: no

Other 'issues'
Any specific anger issues: none
Any problems with empathy or emotions: very empathetic but rarely show my emotions
Any personality issues or other issues that might cause problems: I can't make real friends or date someone even though I am very sociable and I avoid any man showing interest in me

Thanks to all those who have answered so far. I'm sure that ratio (two females to one male) cannot be representative. Come on chaps! :(

No more? I would have thought that many might be interested in such information - and not necessarily the law.

Come on. Prove me wrong about you all actually not being interested in the truth - whatever that might be.

We actually have a dedicated forum for surveys-studies/, cop this. Where we ask everyone to get formal approval before asking questions. So that responders are clear who is asking and why. And how their information will be used.

I assume from your wording that you're just interested in commonalities. But it's not fair to pester people to give answers here. None of your questions are original [I don't mean to be rude. ;) Just considering this literally.] So the information is already shared all across this forum. Perhaps that's just a more natural way to have discussions. Than a barrage of questions like this.

Hi! As others have said, "I'm new to this forum." :D

Male

Early environment as a child
One step-brother, younger by two years; four step-brothers, older by three to twelve years; two half-brothers, quite older and seen much less often; one half-sister, ten years older and seen much less often.
Lax (non-controlling) general family environment, except for occasional fights outbursts by Dad and Step Dad.
Relationships with parents - fairly normal with mothers, perhaps problematic with fathers
Acceptance felt from mothers, resentment felt from fathers
Sexual attitudes of parents - relaxed with Mom as needed, not discussed with fathers
Relatively passive, sedentary
Impulse control (good)

Friendships
One or two before puberty
Mostly age-peers
No more younger friends than might be normal
Got along better with kids four years younger
Gay inclinations mocked with sarcastic hugs during high school

Attractions
Male preference - rough ages five to thirteen (5-13)
Age when the attraction was noted - eleven (11)
Major attraction - romantic
Strong attraction

Sexual experiences
Just an interest, and age when this was noticed, or
Invented anal sex, cuddled nude with younger step-brother at age 6; gave head to barely-prepubescent/just-starting-puberty younger step-brother when he was eleven and I was thirteen (I think that's legal for kids to do with each other, right?)
All experiences with the same gender

Other 'issues'
No anger issues
No problems with empathy or emotions
Depression; labeled "educationally autistic" with Asperger's Syndrome by school district
Dad found out about our naked fun when I was seven and always tried to walk in on us and embarrass us into stopping the unapproved behavior; Younger Step Brother said I was ugly, hairy, perverted when I was nine (9), causing me to suffer sexual withdrawal right before I learned to masturbate. (I learned to masturbate when I was crying my eyes out, thinking about the naked fun I no longer had with my brother.)

Anything else considered relevant, e.g.
One of my uncles is on the SO reg. for something. I think it was for having sex with his daughter.
Another family is on the SO reg. for impregnating his daughter, but it was actually the daughter's step-father that did it, because my uncle was impotent and couldn't even get a boner.

I did put forward a proposal for the survey before posting it, and I felt it might get more attention here than on the other forum, but I wasn't that hopeful anyway. I should have PM'd to clarify, but I think it more beneficial to have such information in one thread than all over the place. Perhaps I have been a bit of a naughty monkey, doing so, and often feel I am forced into the role of the few APEs commenting here (Anti-Pedo-Evangelist, that is), so I do perhaps come across as a rather negative person. This is not the case.

Apologies to any who felt aggrieved - additional to what you might feel normally.
