Someone's just asked me, and I'd like a definite answer too.
I've always assumed it's not necessarily meant to mean pro-sex with children, but I think it would be helpful if we established exactly what it does mean, and where the lines are drawn.

(And before a debate erupts and derails the topic, I mean the words "safe" and "cause no harm" to mean both physically AND mentally, but agree that others would disagree with that stance, so I just left it out entirely).

I don't see a way to edit my post... weird. Anyway, upon reflecting on this earlier answer, I realized that I didn't answer the question correctly. Rather, I stated what I thought "contact" meant, not so much "pro-contact". The definition of the latter I would define as:
"The position that there is a safe and healthy way in which an adult and a minor can interact together in a way that causes sexual stimulation."

I'm a bit staggered by these answers, to be honest.
