Curious about the B4U-ACT peer support group

Postby LiloFan » Fri Aug 07, 2015 3:21 am

Hi, I was just wondering about the B4U-ACT peer support group for MAPs. I guess I just want to know what it's like there, what the overall environment is like in such a group. Is it all through e-mail? Just an overall account maybe without anyone saying more than they are comfortable saying...I just don't want to join a group without having some idea of what it's like/what to expect. If messages are easier, then you can send me a message? Thanks.

Hi

I'd be interested in knowing the answer to this question too...

It seems quite hard to find details without joining and wouldn't want to join without knowing something about it, if they're using operant conditioning and so on I wouldn't be interested, also if they report people for the thoughts they have regardless of a lack of action...

Would also be interested to know their attitude to people like myself (pro contact, enjoy the company of children but have zero sexual interest in children)

Thanks

It's a Google group. You send them an email and then you are invited to join. I did join but I've not spent much time there.

Um, hahahahaha. Thanks for...sort of ansering my question? Hmmm, judging by the complete lack of any other posts attempting to clarify things, I'm guessing Virtuous Pedophiles is the group some have chosen, while others may just be content with posting out here...

VP is a load of s**t. Better off here and B4Uact than there. They censor the hell out of you for a start.

Hahahaha, yah, that's what I thought as well, no offense intended for those that are helped in some way by Vp. Different things work for different people I suppose, but...uh, yah, I see your point.
