Why don't we meet each other...in real life?

I think this is a great idea! Can only go if it is close though.

Me too, I think it would help to actually have a friend to meet and have a drink with that could understand me some. I am way far away from the DC area though.

This would be interesting but we'd need to go to one of our homes I think rather than a pub or restaurant in case people over hear what we're talking about.

I suspect that I would still feel a little alienated since I'm not as condemning to kids exploring their sexuality as most people on here but I would still like to try speaking to other friends of Alice in person and I would be on my best behaviour and not be too pugnacious.

I agree mostly, but the truth is that until you have at least met up once then the chances of being invited to another persons house seems on the incredibly slim side of things, I would not worry too much about best behaviour when talking as long as it is done respectfully, two opposing opinions can be discussed with calmness and dignity, even amongst monsters like us
