I guess the masochist gets the best deal in that scenario - it is very easy to convince oneself that one is being raped/abused. Perhaps for the sadist not so much.

This is an interesting thread. I'm curious now, if you don't mind ElKahn, did your fantasies go away at some point and then come back? Or am I misreading this?
