Does anybdy say, "I'll kill you", when you see them

I'm having a habit of saying that to people I know, and I wonder if that's an acceptable way of talking to people? Some people react rather badly to it, and it makes me mad.

I would like to know your appearance in order to fully assess the situation. If you're a small guy who looks harmless, it's damn hilarious!

Can you perhaps give more detail? What's the context of you saying that? What exactly triggers your habit?

I suggest you change your phrase to "I kill you". It sounds funnier so you might get fewer 'bad' reactions. I heard a muslim puppet say this once in a puppet show

yeah, knowing the context in which you're saying it is definitely important..like are you seriously saying it, like you really want to kill them cause they pissed you off?

When i'm slightly annoyed with someone i always say as a joke, "I will stab you in the throat." I think deep down being a sexual sadist, there's that part of me that enjoys it on a different level but for the most part i'm just joking, and people don't get upset about it.

I guess i'm a little morbid though. one time i tweeted and said if my future husband ever tried to divorce me i would strangle him to death and bury his body in our basement under three feet of cement. (I watched too many murder documentaries growing up lol )
