of the little that i know about such things, rape fantasies often stem from guilt about sex. the rape aspect absolves the party fantasizing about being raped from feeling guilty about the sexual encounter, as it's forced and unwanted, and therefore not their responsibility. women in particular appear to be susceptible to such fantasies, as they're more passive about sexual matters. i'll guess that this aspect of immature parties being raped could be an extension to this theme of innocence and therefore lack of responsibility, however, that's just a guess. it's a fact that, culturally, people enjoy violence in terms of entertainment. i'm not sure that's entirely healthy but nor am i surprised that such violence spills over into their sexual fantasies either. if it worries you, stop doing it. you don't have to indulge in fantasies that cause you guilt or shame. in part, it may be that you enjoy inflicting this guilt or shame on yourself. this may be related to feeling of unworthiness. perhaps a way to avoid this is to realise that, as others have said, you're not actually harming anyone and as such you have nothing to actually be guilty or ashamed of. that realisation may lessen you desire to punish yourself, if that's indeed what you're doing. beyond that, i think you just need to try to be more relaxed about your sexuality. apparently, the societies with the strictest sexual codes of conduct have the greatest degree of sexual deviance. repression isn't good at all in terms of sexual health. and that's basically what i think this is about.
