No, it's not normal. I don't agree with the idea that all men are naturally inclined to be pedophiles.
This is just absurd. I also hate when people say that only men crave sex and are super sexual.

This is a stupid stereotype. Another very offensive thing is saying that men can't control themselves or that they're all potential rapists.

Agreed. When someone makes these kind of absurd statements, you have to ask what they have to gain from people believing it.

It's offensive, but we probably should be careful about judging, because you never know what people have been through in their lives. There's a lot of bastards about. What's obvious nonsense to some people can seem perfectly fair and rational to somebody else with different life experiences.

I get the right hump with stupid, militant, man-hating feminists, but a good percentage of them have been made that way by abusive men. Everyone has their own perspective from which they see the world, and you just don't know what's happened to some people.

I just don't like the whole "men looking at little girls is normal" or "men are naturally inclined to be pedophiles and rapists, while women are innocent, non-sexual creatures". I just can't tolerate this.

Well, yes, it's normal for men to look at little girls. However, it's not "normal" for them to stare at little girls, though. However, this doesn't inherently mean he's a pedophile. It could mean he simply likes children. And, what's not to like? Most children are fun, happy, and always cheery. I wouldn't say there'd be any specific reason to suspect him.

But why do you care, anyway? If he's a pedophile, it shouldn't change anything. In fact, if he's a pedophile, he's statistically less likely to do anything immoral with a child, so I don't know why you should be concerned. Just don't worry about it, and carry on.

reached puberty. That's what I've heard from many men. Once there are breasts
and curves to look at, they're interested, unless they're gay.

I won't use "normal" as it imply s right vs wrong to me. I think most men do it from time to time. I have been told by a few of my friends that are not pedophiles that they catch themselves doing it sometimes. Before I admitted to myself and stopped repressing my feelings about this I had asked a few guys about it. I got some strange looks, and pretty much the same response. "When I do notice them I tell myself its not right and move on." So personally I say if he seems to be fixating a lot it is probable there is more to it than he lets on.
