Yeah, biology is what it is. The law is as well. My honest opinion, as someone that helped put a guy in jail for exactly what you're thinking of doing, is that the laws in my region were created to give people some tools to shut down, discourage, and inhibit people that were taking advantage of or hurting people. They are worded so broadly as to basically be used to bludgeon anyone even vaguely guilty of taking advantage of or abusing someone. Because they are crafted that way, they can also be misused. And as far as law enforcement goes, they don't care one way or another if they "actually" stopped something bad, they just need someone to complain about something and enough evidence for a conviction.
For example, a guy on my street was 22 and apparently beat his 16 year old pregnant girlfriend. I think it's easy to see why this got him both assault charges and statutory rape charges, but if he hadn't assaulted her nobody was actively trying to press charges against him for the statutory crime.
In your own situation, I understand your perspective, but I just wouldn't get involved with this younger girl. Just the picture sharing, if you are in the US, is a felony. Actually, you've alluded to like three different felonies already. You're playing a dangerous game. That's the law, for whatever it's worth.
Does this still happen all the time? Yes. Is every relationship that is legally prohibited biologically or morally wrong? No. We only need think of homosexual relationships that are legally prohibited in various parts of the world.
And on your own mind should be whether or not any of this is morally wrong, in addition to legally wrong. If you're taking advantage of this girl who may not know what she's getting into, you need to consider how you feel about that. This should apply to any relationship, but I'm just reiterating it.
