That would be the most likely of situations, yes. I would add that it too is unlikely that you have POCD considering you haven't mentioned that any of its traits related to you.
which means congratulations!
As for the guilt you've experienced, try to come to terms with what you went through being a normal experience. I'd refrain from discussing this with acquaintances of yours in person due to the fact that it could easily be misunderstood. Of course you're always free to discuss any other issues or residual issues here we us, as we're more familiar with such problems.

i've seen countless times the list of POCD symptoms and most of them match, as compulsive checking, seeking for arousal, avoiding trigging situations, analising the past and the future, looking for help in forums, etc etc, i have ton of symptoms that match POCD plus the obssessive wondering and feelings of fear and dread...... And i was addicted to pornography. So, what's your diagnosis?

You would have to elaborate. Some of those traits you listed would also match that of an addict's. It can be dangerous to over analyze something such as a diagnoses, especially if your mind is expecting it to be something it may not be.
That being said, few of us here have been educated in psychology, so even the advice we can give isn't nessesarily credible. We may be able to, at best, lead you in the right direction.

From the information you've given us (with the exception of your last post), it would appear as though you had an addiction, or still do (depending on your current possession with pornography). Once again, with the current information you've given us, it does not, however, appear to be a Paraphilia in any form, nor POCD.

i don't have any porn, and didn't look for it in quite a good time... So, it was just an addiction and not a paraphilia/POCD?

From what we can gather in the information in this thread, yes, it most likely was just a simple addiction and not a paraphilia/POCD

GMG, no one here is a professional of any capacity and you cannot get an answer here for what happened for you. Several people now have tried to explain how they think it may be, and that is as far as anyone who doesn't have the skills or your whole life story to make such a claim for you.
If you are experiencing distress because of this please contact help, like a counselor or a therapist. Using this place to gain support is good, but using this place to receive a diagnosis or a definite answer for what is going on inside of you is not, because no one here can provide anything more than support.
I wish you the best of luck going forward.
