Imagine you have a robot programmed to act like a child, who actively seeks out and encourages sexual contact, one who appears completely well-adjusted and 'healthy', while having sex... It is easy to see how someone less mentally stable might start seeing that as the way a real child would/should react. Or it might focus the attraction more completely on the doll, assuming it responds and acts like a child really would in all ways except re: sexual contact.

Who knows! I don't know how it would effect me, but honestly I don't think I could say no if somebody offered me one...

I think the doll would help and hinder. It would help because it would help with the urges, but it would hinder because you would want the real thing; their voice, smell, etc. I wonder how much that costs? I'm getting a doll, but its not as realistic as that one; but hopefully its manageable.

They are just toys, I don't see the problem! In a world with the GTA series, this shouldn't be an issue.

I dunno if they would help or hinder, but they sound a fun idea.

For those asking. It is unknown if or where boy versions are purchasable, but I believe that if these were allowed in the homes of paedophiles, for reasons currently not allowed, then the deman for both sexes would soon create the supply. As the saying goes, if you build it they will come, also true is the reverse, if they come they will build. Supply and demand work both ways, make somethi g and people will gradually want it, if people want something it will be made.

And I think they should allow us to have these dolls for our own private uses, I am positive that they will see a drop in offenders as *most* offenses are of a sexual nature anyway and aren't necessarily paedophiles. As the is a difference between abusers and paedophiles. Most of us would never hurt a child, and this is what society as a whole needs to understand.

Maybe there is another company that makes the boy versions? Why are these dolls not allowed in the homes of pedophiles? They are only dolls after all. Aren't they? Well we know that a large number of abuses aren't by people attracted to children, so the pedophile abuses would drop but what about those who molest children but aren't attracted to them? A lot of them are opportunists, would they be interested in this?

In our homes, yes, for our purposes, no.

By and large it's legal to buy, produce and sell these in england, but it gets a little blurry once it gets into the realm of how they're used and displayed. If they're displayed in an obviously sexual way, or used in sexual ways, it becomes illegal.
