I fancy a young girl and i see her around in the park ridying her bike and talking to her friends she is about 9 to 10 and shes amazing. However i know how bad this is and its controlling me and my thoughts. Sometimes i wish just to do things to her withoit no consequnces i will never harm her but my life is becoming evolved around her

I don't mean to sound harsh, but there's only one piece of advice you need to hear right now.
You can't have that girl, and you need to stay away from her.
All of us, at some point in our lives, fall for somebody who we can't be with. Yes, I know it hurts, but the best thing you can do is stay right away from this one. There's absolutely nothing good that might come from not doing so. I wouldn't be doing you any favours by telling you anything else.

Which reminds me, I should prolly get to work fixing those Chinese water colors I was gonna give to my niece...
Also, OP, there's a lot of movies where even a friendly non-paedophilic friendship with a little girl can backfire. People are to jumpy and $#%^ about it.
Probably best to let her go. It's for your own good.
