And being lied to about age is very frightening. I actually had a keen interest in a girl who had been lying about her age. She ended up coming clean before anything could happen between us (f#cking thank GOD). My reaction? I immediately took her home and told her parents EVERYTHING. They were really cool about it. We're still friends. I just keep her at a distance.
Yeah, that's why people always seem to want to seek assurance from others that I am 23, not 13. I don't blame them honestly. They're afraid to look my way even as close friends sometimes for the fear of being percieved as a pedophile. My psychologist and psychiatrist tried telling me otherwise... They just don't get it.... They also look their age (ironically enough!).
