Of course that's not bad. But if she's not dying of cancer and he's doing it for pleasure, then it is wrong.

But why would cancer determine if it's bad or not? It's like saying that since you are gonna die might as well crash your car. You'd still be breaking the law in both cases, wouldn't you? I'm confused

It's not illegal though. It's a matter of right and wrong. If you kiss a child to greet them, or to say "goodbye", then it's not wrong. If it's for pleasure, then it is wrong.

Surely the answer is it's wrong because anything involving Justin Bieber is wrong. (Just kidding!)

I was brought up to kiss adults on the cheek or lips as a usual greeting. I didn't realise that wasn't typical, and sometimes I kissed people when I shouldn't have, such as teachers at the end of classes. So I'm biased because I don't think of kissing on the lips as a sexual activity.

I see it the same way. I don't think the dying deserve special privileges or exemption from rules. If it's wrong for the living, then it's wrong for the dying.

But I don't use the law to determine what is right or wrong either. To me the law just determines what is legally acceptable and what is criminal.
