Yeah I've had that before. I read something similar on the Schizotypal sub forum.
self dx. pdd-nos (level 1); covert narcissism w/ avoidant traits; social phobia; inertia.

INFP; dismissive/fearful-avoidant & highly sensitive person

"Life, a sexually transmitted, terminal disease."

Yes, I've felt that way when masturbating. I think that that feeling is rooted in shame, for me.

I do remember when I was younger that there were pictures of my brother around the house and I always felt like his eyes were following me.

I looked around a bit and all I found as an explanation is that it's simply because the subject is looking straight ahead. With perspective and light play, it's easy to reproduce apparently.

So no, not the crazies. I do remember thinking it was me going insane but it's apparently a common phenomenon.

Yes, and dolls. Hated to sleep with a doll in the room. Also won't undress in front of pets in case their bodies are carrying the spirits of humans who are cognizant.

When I hit a delusional low with my mood disorder I've gotten this issue. Pictures, dolls, pretty much anything with eyes. I'm typically pretty self-aware, so know it isn't real, but it's hard for me not to focus on without a distraction. I don't see them as judging so much as I get this weird negative ill intentions vibe when seeing them.
