Literally none. This level of paranoia and mistrust is disastrous. Have to come up with ways to deceive yourself just to deal with it, but once that breaks everything begins to snowball. At the end of the day you're always the asshole.

Sure, it's advantageous in some ways, but it can't really be called advantageous when it touches every aspect of your life. The only way this works, 100% stress free, is to cut all ties and not embark on journeys with the purpose of 'being better', because no person can be trusted. Always held at arms length, even when they appear to be genuinely trying. Either burn it to a crisp or watch the life slowly get sucked out of them. Makes no difference whatever route you choose.

So, best course of action; live alone, only bring light to relationships that serve you and vice-versa, so that you know the foundation of it, and never fall for the #######4. It's all about being self-sufficient. So actually, maybe there is an upside. Self-sufficiency, and confidence in yourself alone. Everything and everyone else is fodder.

I honestly don't see any positives of PPD. I can see many positives with Schizoid Personality Disorder, but I don't see any with PPD. I have both of these (by the way).

I've recently had to address my PPD. It was something that I never really fully recognized in myself. I realize it's out of hand and needs to stop. I've got enough problems as it is.
