my personel security idea

I am a little paranoid about my personel security.I always think the worst and dont feel safe.In fact everyday all sorts of bad things happens to lots of people.So i have some ideas to increase personel security.To carry out my idea i need one more person like me.

There are some tracking apps for android.We will be installing one of these and hide a cell phone to a secret pocket on us (It is very easy to do one i can explain to you).We will contact with each other throughout day and if one of us fail to reply we will alert that person's family and told them our location on the map.Or we can alert the police.I can tell other details later.(We wont be seing each other's location)
