Channeling Your inner Fight!

First off, I would just like to thank the doctor who passed on the knowledge that gave me back my freedom. Thank you sir, for your heart to help others.

I believe Social Anxiety is purely a behavioral/Emotional problem. Anxiety sufferers have taught themselves from past experience(s) to habitually live on flight. As in Fight or Flight. Sufferers are scared, frightened & consistently on the run. Sufferers have lost their balance, to their emotional ying & yang. Constantly, living fear from irrational thoughts & ready to run on a drop of a dime.

So how does a frightened sufferer of anxiety regain their equilibrium? By channeling anger! Sufferers need to get angry, at the anxiety(itself). Remember, perpetual anxiety is not your true state. It is a emotional response & habit that has been formed, from emotionally traumatic event(s). Which, in return, has also created a suppression of your own anger. Thus, altering your body's emotional response. A healthy body & mind is emotionally in the moment & a healthy mind is not living in the past, while ruminating on negative experiences. Channeling anger will recreated your body's natural, emotional Fight or Flight response, to react healthy and naturally . Becoming angry at the anxiety will allow you to become unafraid of panic attacks by empowering you with a fightful emotion. In days or weeks it will turn your emotional response will be in the moment.

This practice is not to create continual anger, it is to create your emotional freedom! Practicing this technique will make overcoming anxiety, quicker & easier than you can imagine!

Channeling your inner fight, is not about getting mad at past experiences or mad at certain individuals. It's about getting mad at your anxiety & your anxiety triggers! You remember the last time you we're irate? That is the feeling you need to have towards your anxiety. Remember you are the master of your mind. Which in return, gives you the ability to complexify the thoughts you have. Giving you control of your emotions & moods. Anger is a gift!
