I am new to this forum and was going through the threads.
I am suffering from chronic anxiety and panic disorder.
Please help me understand my increased BP is due to anxiety when I am tensed.?
BP is always normal when I am not stressed.

It sounds normal. They can be linked.
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-con ... t-20044190 I was in treatment for depression and panic disorder. The same medications treated both. I am currently on a low level BP med and BP is under control.
High BP runs in our family.
Best of luck to you.
