I am really sorry to hear that your life is filled with chronic pain.

Have you thought if trying biofeedback, relaxation exercies, physical therapy in a pool, or TENS stimulation to help relieve some of the pain. Also sometimes antidepressants, COX 2 inhibtors, and anti-epilepsy meds can help with pain relief.

If all else fails-you might want to look into the chronic pain rehab units. I know the Mayo Clinic has one that is suppose to be very good.

I think you have to try with your doctor and also consult physiotherapist for taking some exercises because exercise can provide you relief by this problem.

Exercise is the best treatment on pain but before that you should ask your doctor about what type of exercise is helpful for pain. He will also give you some medicines for temporary relief.
