I wasn't doing to bad with it till i quit going to the chiropractor regularly. Money is tight and the insurance doesn't renew till January so i'm trying to get through a few more weeks. So any ideas? I have thought about massage therapy but i'm not sure if insurance covers it.

I have Fibromyalgia and the beat thing is it progressively gets worse over time.
Not a great diagnosis to get. It's a miserable disorder... I often say its a curse.
Lyrica is the main drug prescribed for fibromyalgia, and I have heard of people having very good results with it, but I was sensitive to it and it made me lethargic as hell!
Neurontin is excellent and comes in a generic, which makes it more affordable.
Neurontin works by making the nerves less reactive to pain signals.
In case you didn't know... fibromyalgia makes you hypersensitive to pain.
I have major disc problems, as well as spinal degeneration disease and fibromyalgia exacerbates my symptoms.
I am seeing a Pain Management Specialist and have to take narcotics also to control it.
Chiropractic care and acupuncture can be extremely beneficial, as can massage therapy.
If you can't afford those, I recommend to take hot baths and buy a good massager.
Fibromyalgia affects mood, so depression can become a secondary symptom.
Not a good diagnosis, but thank goodness for modern medicine... what would
we do without it??
Good luck and I hope this helps.
