online survey about ODD and related conditions

Some kids with ODD have had a lot of bad experiences leading to their behavior issues, others seem to have more biologically based issues. I'm doing a survey to see if whether or not the child has gone through significant traumatic experiences results in different characteristics among kids with ODD or related conditions.
