My sister has been diagnosed with severe depression and ODD. She's been in and out of courts for skipping school and trespassing on school property and now she's in jail for contempt in the courts. They're trying to get her committed to a psych ward.
What do we do?? We can't get her to do anything and this is only getting worse even though she's seeing a psychologist. She's extremely into natural stuff and won't take ANY form of pill or even herbs, especially if we ask her to because of her ODD...HELP! She's in jail guys. I don't know what to do.

(((((((Jenna))))))) This is terrible. How long will she be in there for? Ask her what she wants and how she wants to get treatment, maybe. Could you look for a new psych for her? I'm sure she knows she's lucky to have you.

She doesn't think she has a problem, so therefore she wants to do nothing. I've asked her. The school district has literally screwed her over...they are tired of her and want her gone. I don't know about a new psychologist, my family doesn't have enough money to pay for an expensive one and the reasonably priced one we have now has been helpful but unfortunately by the time we found him all of this started happening...he hasn't had time to do much of anything for her.
ETA: She is in jail indefinitely. From what I understand she can't get out unless she's behaving there and she has the tendancy to be sarcastic...

It's a shame the school district won't help her. If you see her you could ask her to do what she can to get out of there for your sake. If the psych is helpful, then she shouldn't change him. I think that you can show someone that they need help by being supportive and caring and just telling them what you know is going on, but it's her responsibility to change, not yours.
Do you think having a long talk with her, alone, and telling her all the stuff you have said here and everything else that you're thinking would help? She might feel closer to you than to your parents.

oh...has she been doing stuff like skipping school before or is this like a new behavior? people with AS get misunderstood and diagnosed with ODD or even ADD sometimes...If its something new before she was even diagnosed with ODD then that could be a possibility. but first youd have to go find out what AS is.
I always wonder why
When you look down into my eyes
My feeling swiftly changed between happiness and sorrow
And tears begin to fall
I’m not you and you are not me
But your pain becomes my pain
When you are sad, I’m the one who foolish cry
When you are wounded, my heart is hurt
