I'm about to go to sleep but I am afraid I will swallow my tongue and will die in my slleep or half asleep and I think that would happen despite that I write about it here

I have this pervasive thought where I am half asleep and I swallow my tongue and as I call an ambulance I realise my intercom is not working and I will die because the doctors won't be able to get to my apartment and also I am afraid I will swallow my tongue in my sleep and die and that all that would happen despite that I write about it here.

I accidentally disclosed information at work (not extremely confidential but still) to a person that is supposed to receive it the way I told him and I am afraid he will escalate this as a mislead and I will get fired and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

I still have the feeling that while I am lying in bed (no Matt whether I am sleeping or not) or walking around the house or eating or just doing something I will swallow my tongue and die and that will happen despite that I write about it here.
