I am going to have dinner right now and I am afraid I will swallow my tongue and die or that that will happen in my sleep or that all that would happen despite that I write about it here.

Recently there have been many news about people that disappeared and today I saw some news about a person disappeared at my town and I am afraid I will disappear and get kidnapped and killed and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

I feel like I will either disappear this summer or before that, get kidnapped and die or swallow my tongue this evening while I am eating dessert or getting my Xanax or die in my sleep from swallowing my tongue and that all that would happen despite that I write about it here.

I fear that I either die this night from swallowing my tongue or disappear and get killed later maybe in summer or before or after that and that all that would happen despite that I write about it here.

I have the feeling I will swallow my tongue and die this night or either in my sleep or during dinner or that I am making a huge mistake getting back to the psychiatrist I found out actually understood that my concerns about latent schizophrenia may be true because his therapy might trigger actual schizophrenia or that may disappear and get killed or trafficked for organs while on a random walk, maybe in summer, maybe earlier or later and I feel like all that would happen despite that I write about it here.
