I am preparing to sleep now and I am afraid I will either swallow my tongue or get a heart attack and die and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

I just woke up from a nap and it was because I felt my tongue slipping down my throat and I am afraid I will swallow my tongue in my sleep and die and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

I feel like my tongue has gotten down my throat and I will swallow it and die either in my sleep or awake and I won't live to see this Eurovision or summer and that will happen despite that I write about it here.
