How did the date go?

It was good.
I just choked in some water and almost swallowed my tongue and I am scared I will swallow my tongue while asleep or half asleep or awake and die and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

I am having low blood pressure but high heart rate and I am afraid I will get a heart attack and die either asleep half asleep or awake and I also did some mistakes at work but as they are rather big I am afraid I will get sued or not be able to find a job and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

I still having thoughts I will get a heart attack and die and it seems like it will happen despite that I write about it here.

Eurovision final is about to start but I am afraid I will get a heart attack due to the emotions and because I have chest pain and a faster heart rate and I am afraid it will happen despite that I write about it here.

I am about to go to sleep but I am afraid this will be my last night and I will get a heart attack and die either asleep or half asleep or awake and that will happen despite that I write about it here.
