I have the feeling that on Thursday the guy that tried to scam me is going to meet me, kiill moi and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

I also feel like I will swallow my tongue either awake or asleep or half asleep and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

I am really scared that the guy that tried to scam me yesterday will come tomorrow and kill me and I am also scared that tomorrow my family may die in a car crash and my brother would be the only survivor and no one could look after him or that I will swallow my tongue and die either asleep or half asleep or awake and that all that would happen despite that I write about it here.

I am really scared that tomorrow when I am on a walk the guy that tried to scam me will come to my town find me and stab me and I am afraid that as I am trying to convince myself it's just paranoia it will happen despite that I write about it here and because I try so hard to convince myself it's just a paranoia.

I'm going on a walk now but I am afraid I will swallow my tongue or get killed and that will be the last walk in my life and a huge mistake and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

The walk was good. It seems like everything is ok, although one can never be sure. I'm meeting a man for a date now and I am afraid he might turn to be a psychopath and kill me or that I won't like him or I will swallow my tongue if we have sex and die and that all that would happen despite that I write about it here.

I'm going on a date with a guy but as my paranoia starts kicking in I am afraid he will kill me and that it is a huge mistake going and that will happen despite that I write about it here.
