How often has Disney taken cues from it’s musical theatre productions when adapting their movies for live-action or trying to be live-action ?.

The lion king, Aladdin and maybe in the near future the hunchback of Norte Dame ?.

'Solar Sands' had a pt. in his analysis of the 'diary of the wimpy kid' series when he said that some of the amount of 'f bomb' drops in a school cafeteria can be on par w/a Martin Scorsese movie.

Current heated expressiveness from neighbours and I dread the day that they might explosively lash out b/c of the polarizing and maudlin like nature of what my sister plays at overt volumes for religious devotional reasons.

Stupid is an ad having popped up yesterday making me drop my interest in typing some more and doing this the morning after since the washroom is being used and I can’t brush my teeth as soon as I’d like to

Stupid is also nearing 30 and hearing such things bring memories of intimidation and posturing from the aughts or even irrelevantly worse the nineties b/c of Harmony Korine’s Kids and thinking you can’t really handle it any better than back than or you haven’t changed in that regard.

Hears a little remark if anyone compares such behaviour to Harmony Korine’s Kids* — if Teddy and co had lived when cell phones had become more common like say another decade or bit more down the line, the whole movie would have been cut shorter b/c it wouldn’t have taken as long to find the one girl and warn her about probable AIDS.

* :| really wish I could find the specific video which made this observation again

Stupid is also stagnation and *otherizing of an age group which comes after me..but deep down knowing it’s indicative/reflective of a lifestyle and attitude profoundly averse to risk taking^1.

Granted though unlike a fair amount of ppl I suspect I’ve autobiographically written tones by now on how c—y such experiences were and my own theoriziations for them along w/the privileges of integrating mental health services into my lifestyle w/out too much issue..one habit having been picked up during the end phase of such c—p—ness.

* ~”I don’t like the look of them teenagers” memory of ‘Abe Simpson’ saying that when him and other retirees step out of their building after being confined b/c of snowfall amounts I believe, before entering their retirement home again. =_= Grief, I hate the Simpsons.

^1 You can call ‘normal’ kid’s behaviour and like a certain shallow, conformist, social climbing, questionable narcissist ‘mysterious jacka— down the lane’ I used to have feelings for you could consider that normal and shame me for ‘weirdness’ Of high-tier/length sheltered-ness+introversion even if I’m going nowhere in life, in a certain direction in life b/c of stuff like drug consumption and the problems w/being free to stop such habits even if it’s legally allowed

Cute to think how I hear the overtly vocal mainly monologue it seems of some prepubescent child several houses away.

:| Maybe not so cute, is baring w/the voice of whatever that child is saying.

Embarassing is someone pointing out, deep past midnight how water you set to boil nearly evaporated entirely triggering thoughts of reprimands and scoldings of the ~'he's going to be the one to cause the house burning for us' kind.

When it comes to purposeful meditation or breathing techniques, Wim Hof's method has long been on my mind since I'd think it'd be beneficial for Canadian winters but if there are methods for maintaining breathing w/a mask on 4+ hrs I'm down to hearing that out as well.

Years ago in an episode of the 2k3 'Ninja turtles' series while the Turtles were w/those triceratop aliens I think, they exposed them to some kind of poison gas attack. When one was puzzled as to how ineffective it was, one of them replied how they were taught ~'the ninja art of internal breathing'..

:| what would a irl analogue to that be?..
