Yes, I know what you mean. You worry, "does doing this mean that I am turned on by something 'wrong'? (or am I feeling something else that is 'wrong'?)" Then you do whatever it was that you were planning to do, and you think, "Why did I do that? Am I turned on by it? (Or whatever?)"
So you're constantly anxious, and nothing is straightforward any more. Instead of just doing something, you start to wonder why you want to do it, and then how you feel afterwards. And you worry that it means something bad about you. And of course, if you worry that you will be turned on by something, then you feel as if you are - you'd be amazed who (and what!) I've worried that I was turned on by. It's a normal part of ocd, please don't worry about it, or judge yourself harshly for it.
I agree with Marg, (margharris), in her reply to you yesterday - you are coping very well with your difficult thoughts, and have some good strategies for dealing with them.
I found that medication helped me a lot, and reduced the anxiety a lot. If you haven't spoken to your doctor about this possibility, perhaps you could consider it.
Best of luck,
funky.
