I feel completely stuck at the moment, here's the situation:
1. I take my medication and feel completely dead, unable to feel anything intact, just apathetic.
2. I don't take my medication and feel down and depressed, but able to feel emotions!
I don't know what to do.

I just wanted you to know that you are not alone in this.
I really have no suggestions for you. I wonder the same things too. I wish there were meds that made us feel like normal humans and not like an appliance. I wish we didn't feel so horrible without them.
With you.

My son has felt the same way. He sometime tries a different med. Underneath though he knows his brain chemistry is wrong and on nothing he feels even worse. So he just has to try to tailor the meds. He could do some exercise but hasn't got the motivation. Not easy for him. Not easy for you either.
