OCD thoughts as you know are just biochemical events in origin. They aren't from your normal thinking part of your brain. You think they are and you try to own them like all your other thoughts. It just makes you feel anxious and doubt yourself because they aren't really your true thoughts. You can learn to dismiss them. It is just your OCD brain misfiring again. The thoughts always target something that will get you anxious. Glad you are taking meds. They can work a treat . Marg
