You have sexually intrusive OCD thoughts. It is just another form of OCD. The thoughts just go to where it can cause you anxiety. I suppose you can try and resist the thoughts. I have heard more success happens if you go with the thoughts until you are sick of them. I suppose the masturbation is like a necessary release for the thought. You might try and resist this compulsion if you can. I would stay with the thoughts until you get bored with them rather than release them with a compulsion. Give as long as it takes to bore you . Maybe you could write down how long these thoughts lasted. Call them something silly to make them seem less powerful. The bedroom romp. Here comes the bedroom romp OCD. It will make my day again today. Welcome in bedroom romp. Just don't resist them at all. Only try to resist the compulsion to do some act.
Recognize your mind is playing tricks with you. There is nothing horrible about you. It is just the OCD playing wicked games with your mind. OCD almost always goes to something like this that creates anxiety or fear.
