I'm going to assume you're dealing with hocd if so I'm in the same boat....It's a horrible thing. One thing to do is stop masturbating that will help you loads with this if you're going through hocd. The thing to remember with hocd and other ocd's is that ocd will ###$ with you till you believe what you are obsessing about and even when a certified professional tells you that you really do have ocd you still won't believe it... They don't call it the doubting disease for nothing. The thing to do is not research hocd any further just let the thoughts be there and distract yourself and overall not care about the thoughts. OCD can make you doubt anything. I'm not suffering sexual OCD, I'm suffering Harm OCD. OCD can actually make me doubt it I want to live sometimes. Which is ridiculous, because I love my life.
