OCD definitely hits you where it can cause the most anxiety. To understand your true sexuality you just have to agree with all thoughts that come. Don't get anxious over them or try not too. Don't start trying to check your reactions. Just accept the thoughts. Eventually you will see a pattern. Your true feelings you will welcome in and feel comfortable. Your OCD thoughts will be more anxious creating. So whatever way you go, now a days it is all OK. Probably you are straight and the OCD is there trying to get you to doubt yourself. OCD is the doubting disorder after all. OCD is what causes the anxiety. You just need to understand the increased anxiety is not arousal at all. You are just having OCD thoughts and OCD thoughts always lie.
