Google ‘The OCD Circuit’

If you want to learn more about the biochemistry of what is happening in your OCD brain, I recommend looking up The OCD Circuit.
It really explains what is happening in the brain of an OCD patient, why we have sticky thoughts and why they are accompanied by so much anxiety.
It’s just something I discovered while reading up on the subject and thought it might be valuable to share, because we all know that knowledge is power 
