Mentally checked til I puked

Last night my mind was going mentally check if u like it so I did I cough/gagged then my mind said u didn't do it right u weren't breathing properly so I did it again breathing I gagged then my mind said do it again to something Else I did then my said u didn't gag enough this time do it again so I did I gagged then it said do it 1 more time so I did still gagged then it said 1 more time I did then it said I swear this the last time so I did then it said I'm still not convinced so I did it again I gagged and puked

That just sounds really painful. I'm so sorry you've had to go through this. Did you eventually get some rest?
Are you seeking treatment for your OCD?
I've had OCD all my life and have used SSRIs for more than 20 years, which have helped greatly.
I really hope you are able to find some relief, as it sounds like you are really experiencing mental torture here.
