Ok i have some questions about intrusive thoughts:
What are they?
How do they work?
When do you have them?
Do you feel like you "summon them" or put them in your mind?
Do they always cause anxiety?
Do you have controll over them?
Are they "unwanted"?
Can you have OCD without intrusive thoughts ?
