No I find men unattractive, it's only the past few weeks my minds being telling me that man's attractive, when I DONT actually say it or think it, like before this I never thought men were attractive and I still don't really, like when girls say ooh Olly Murs or someone I don't give it another thought because I know I don't find him attractive.

I have no idea what caused, I arrived home one night from school and for some unknown reason, just got a thought, what if I'm gay? No idea why, it just appeared around 3 months ago and not stopped since.

Think about it like this. You fear homosexual thoughts. You believe that if you are thinking them, then you must, in fact, be a homosexual. Why else would you be having homosexual thoughts? What you do not understand is that fearing homosexual thoughts will make you think them. You see, because you fear the thoughts you are trying to avoid them. To avoid something you must first recognize what it is. However, by recognizing a thought, you are inevitably thinking about it. Try not to think of a white elephant. The first thing you think of is a white elephant, right? You are spending your days telling yourself "try not to think of homosexual thoughts," and thus, you are necessarily thinking them. These thoughts don't mean that you're gay. They mean that you strongly fear being gay. They mean that you have an anxiety disorder (OCD).
I hope this helps, man. I struggle with OCD too, so I know how hard it can be. I only know what I said above because I've been fighting intrusive thoughts for years. You can get through it, though. All you gotta do is stop worrying about it. Thats what all this anyway, worry. Just let go.

What strong and sustained efforts have you made to improve the situation? You have to find something that works, stick with it, and then find another that woks when the first thing bites the dust. My point is, keep trying and trying different avenues until you get there.

Not tihnking about it, which does work for a while, but then a thought/saying/after masturbation the thoughts re-appear, I seem to be conquering it for a day or two then they return.

I dont know what else to try?

Stop masturbating? Try that for a month or so see how that makes you feel. Seesm like you are trapped in some vicious circle of guilt producing masturbation which leads you to reinforce your obsessing with it.

Break the circle. Go blue balls for a while.
There's only two things I hate in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.

That's the OCD 'fighting' against you. Just ignore it and/or say that you have no time and can't be bothered to re-read everything. Do'nt give the OCD ANY edge over you ... you're the one who should be [ironically] in control.

I conquered that, and I don't have the urge to re-read it, but why isn't it so simple for my big reason?
