Hey Jason,
obssessions usually occur in 5 forms- repeating words, checking, arranging/ordering,washing nd praying...from wat u hv said, none of these can be made out, at a glance...do u think u cud elaborate on wat thoughts cross ur mind b4 u do these things?
Keeping tht apart, do u feel panicky? anything obviously worrying u at this tym, makin u particularly anxious?

Hey Jason,
Of course you needn't expect help from others- it strangers or loved ones- for your problems...but sometimes, all v need is a little push so that v can get to the right track..and in that, people may be able to help...
First of all, from what u've said, I feel that rather than OCD, u may be having anxiety issues...plz dont think I'm pinning u down with it though!!...and if it comforts u in any way, v all have our own share of obssessions and compulsions..the severity of it depends on the intensity and how much it controls u..anyway, the fact tht u r aware of ur problem itself is commendable, dnt u think? ...my suggestion for u is to try focus on ur thoughts beforehand..and challenge urself a bit, at times wen u dnt actually feel tht urge 2 repeat ur actions...also, meditation helps u become aware of ur thots and control ur actions better...i hope am makn some sense 2 u..wishn u luck...
