I have signs of OCD for all of my life. Most of it has been over organization, cleaning, anxiety about many things but it has been mildly annoying most of the time. I do notice that over the years that it has become a little more intense but manageable for the most part. I have been working on a project about OCD and never realized how debilitating it can actually become.
Are there any studies that show that OCD progresses with age?

Hi Cheri,
I don't know of any studies, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were.
In my experience, my OCD is worse than it was say a decade ago-when i was little the symptoms seemed more like games ....but it's also better than it was a year ago, thanks to medication.
Which is why it's so important to seek help before it has a chance to intensify.
Well wishes,
Evol

I never really thought about it but yes I made games out of a lot of things when I was a kid. Like I said before i am working on a project about OCD and am now learning more and more about it. (it's an independent film but I don't want to say what it is because that would be a TOS violation...right?)
