I do the same exact thing with my hair. Instead of studying I'll just run my hands through my hair and try to get all the particles out of it. I do some other things but I can't remember right now. I used to get nervous at certain times of the day. I haven't seen a doctor yet.

Have you talked to your psychiatrist about the hair thing? Do you have any clue why you like to play in it so much? IDK. Sorry, but I don't think I'm much help on this topic. I can tell you that I have weird things about numbers too.

I didn't really expect you to shave your head. One of my friends is constnatly shaving his head, and his twin brother likes to have shaggy hair, so it's no problem telling those too apart. I have a crush on the one with shaggy hair. But that's beside the point.
If it's keeping you from sleep, that's not good. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about it. IDK. It wouldn't hurt to.

Yes. I brush my hair until my scalp bleeds. i cannot stop brushing.
