Thanks a lot for your concern...and for liking my name, heh. I'm over on the schizophrenia forum for a number of reasons. That's why I sought help on the internet, because I had been feeling strange lately, and when I read symptoms of schizophrenia, it defined what I was going through to such an extent that it was creepy. It's a possibility, I have been hearing voices, etc. I promised myself and others online to bring up the voices to my dad if they ever happened again, and they did, and I never brought it up...

Anyways, I'm really thankful for your prayers, and I'm praying for you as well. I hope I'm not stubborn enough to never get help, because I really do want it.

I know how it feels to tell yourself that you'll tell on yourself, and then you can't do it. Been there and done that a lot. That didn't sound right. I don't mean tell on yourself like you've done something wrong, but well, you get it.

I really hope you can get help, and I hope you can get the courage to talk to your parents.

Good luck, and I"m still praying for you. Thanx for praying for me. :)

Ha, yeah, I knew what you meant. I find myself getting jealous of people that are getting help, and I'm stuck here, and yet, it's my own fault. Thanks for everything, I really hope I can get help, too!

You're welcome!

Ha, wow. It's nice finding someone that understands. At least now I KNOW for SURE that I need help, the hard part is just asking.

Yeah, I do think you need help, and I'm pretty sure that I do too. I would make a deal with you, you tell your parents about you, and I'll tell mine about me, but I know I wouldn't keep my end of the deal, so I'm not even going there. Good luck though. Not that I really believe in luck. How 'bout this, God bless you!! :) Seriously I hope things go well for you.

Ha, I don't know if I'd be able to keep MY end of the deal! I realllly want to tell my parents, though. I don't know where to begin.

My friend said he starting seeing flashes of light (sort of like mine), and he told his parents, and now he's going to a doctor! Guh, I need to just do it. Help would be soooooo appreciated!

Thank you, and God bless, and I hope things go well for both of us.

Hi Andrew,

Could I just ask what you mean by hearing voices? I have personally, well not really heard voices but I don´t know how to explaine it.. Anyway my psyciatrice told me she had heard that from other people with severe anxiety, like an inner monolog she said. I don´t know... Anyway what do you mean?

Take care, Andrew.

The last person who told me they heard voices in their head was a schizophrenic. Is there a link between this and OCD?

Thanks :)

I've heard voices externally, just like anyone else talking to you, on a few occasions, and I've heard them in my mind that weren't from me, they weren't my own thoughts.

I dont know if OCD is linked to schizophrenia. I do have anxiety
