Experience with Prozac?

Hello, I recently switched from Lexapro to Prozac. I've been told that Prozac is more geared towards treating OCD. The Lexapro seemed to be making things worse in the run, so I felt I needed a switch. Just wondering if anyone has experience with Prozac, and how long it took you it to work, how you felt, etc. Thanks for reading.

I had actually been taking Lexapro for 4 years for OCD and depression, and it worked perfectly for me. I have recently come off it and my symptoms are coming back strongly though. How long had you been taking it for?; and in what sense was it making things worse?
