HOCD orgasm issue

Some please answer. Iv Had OCD specifically SOOCD for a number of years gone through everything but one thing holding me back is during masturbating or sex if I think an intrusive image or if I look at porn and see a bj scene I will get a sort of sensation in my mouth and it feels I can orgasm a lot faster or with less effort? None of this gives me an erection or turns me on initially but it’s only when I’m already aroused by stuff I actually like and I do this as a test it happens? Iv tested with gay porn does absolutely nothing for me turns me off but I still have this thing of if I’m watch straight porn and a woman is giving a bj I’ll get this weirds sort of mouth sensation and it like can trigger an orgasm? I keep looking up stuff on here and people only say that there intrusive thoughts stop there orgasm not make it happen faster or easier like mine? I don’t know if it’s anxiety because I’m on medication can someone please reply I feel so alone with this
