HOCD Dream

I had a dream last night/morning that it felt like I was giving oral to a penis and I woke up straight away and it felt like I was about to ejaculate and my hips were like they were thrusting? This has never happened to me before and I’m so confused and scared I literally lay in bed frozen for 10 minutes after that? What the hell does this mean

I've had my fair share of dreams related to what I hope and assume to be HOCD that have sent me through a loop because they felt so real, but I also have really bad medical anxiety as well where that will follow me into a dream and start causing issues where I end up getting whatever disease I'm worried about at the time.
